No, but tips are appreciated for your driver as a personal ‘thank you’. Our drivers work hard to make your visit pleasant and are also your tour guide. They are with you the entire day to serve your food, carry your wine bottle purchases to the van, take photos, keep you hydrated with water, etc. Don’t forget to bring cash or ask your driver for other methods to tip, such as Venmo, $cashapp, Zelle, etc. You can also pre-pay your tip when you book your experience online. We recommend $25 – $35+ per person tip.

Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. There is not a lot of walking, but some wineries have gravel or dirt in the parking areas. Jeans, shorts, T-Shirts, sundresses, tennis, etc. We do not recommend heels for safety reasons.
We are in Georgia so the weather is a bit unpredictable.  Check the weather for Cleveland, GA before your date.  We suggest you bring a light jacket or layer your clothing as the vans may be chilly also. We operate rain or shine and have large umbrellas.  Feel free to bring your own small umbrella.
Yes. We encourage you to support the local wineries and we have storage in the van. The best compliment to the wineries is to purchase wine to take home. We visit ‘boutique’ wineries with smaller production and most wines are only available at the winery. We suggest you purchase wine as we visit each winery and most offer discounts.
Yes, of course! Book conveniently online or phone us if you have questions. Contact us for special requests (404) 433-2956 or e-mail us at info@popthecorkwinetours.com.

If you do not purchase cancellation insurance your ticket is transferable to another person age 21 years and older or can be rescheduled for a future date, provided we are notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the tour date. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in. We do not provide refunds for no-shows or if you are late and the van already left. See our cancellation policy for more details.
If any unforeseen circumstances arise, such as road hazards/construction delays, severe weather, or other reasons beyond our control that would make the trip unsafe, you will contacted as soon as possible to determine the next steps (including the necessity to reschedule). Although your tickets are non-refundable (unless you purchased the cancellation insurance at the time of booking your tour), the tickets may be used up to 6 months on a rescheduled date, if necessary. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage that may result from the cancellation or delay.
